Who will they bring to you?

who will they bring to you

When you are walking with God, strange things happen as people observe that you really are a follower of Jesus.

One of the most powerful expressions comes in the area of hope.

They see in you hope – you have that hope in the awesomeness of your God and they see that you have a connection with God that gives you strength.

They will start to share things with you for one purpose – that you will remember them in your prayers.

I am thinking today that I need to take this one more step.

Instead of remembering them in my prayers – I need to pray for them right there and then.  Express my faith, in prayer, to God, right in front of them.

If it is for healing, I need to expect God to come through and heal.  For salvation, expect the Holy Spirit to make the call and reveal their separation of God and place in them the eyes to see and the ears to hear that Jesus is the only way to God.  For a need, expect God’s grace to answer the need and to reveal just how much He loves them.

It’s time to be that follower of Jesus right in front of other people and expect God, who walks with me, to do what He has always promised, to stay right there with me and to answer my prayers, just like He has always done before.

Wonder if my faith can sustain such a walk with God?  Only way to find out is to walk with God today and express that by praying for others and presenting their needs to Him and expecting Him to reveal Himself when I do.
